Shipping
Orders placed on Furletti Wines are usually shipped within 5 business days from order confirmation.
In Italy, delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days, excluding the islands. Shipments to other European Union countries may take approximately 3-5 business days.
We ship to Italy, the following countries:
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary.
Non-EU countries: Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Canada and United States.
For Canada, shipping is currently available exclusively to the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for international destinations are calculated according to the number of bottles ordered and the destination zone.
For shipping calculation purposes, one 1.5-litre bottle is counted as the equivalent of 3 bottles of 0.75 litres.

Customs duties and import charges
Shipments to non-EU countries
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the amount shown in the table includes shipping costs only. Any taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees or other charges required by the authorities of the destination country are not included in the shipping costs.
Such charges depend on the regulations in force in the destination country and on the customs clearance procedures applied. Furletti Wines cannot determine their amount in advance. Any such charges will therefore be borne by the recipient and may be requested directly by the courier or the relevant authorities upon delivery.
United States: for orders shipped to the USA, a 10% customs duty on the value of the products is automatically applied. This amount is calculated and added directly to the price of the bottles at the time of purchase.
The 10% duty applied to orders shipped to the United States does not include any additional taxes, customs duties or customs clearance charges that may be requested by the destination country or the courier upon delivery.
By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, the customer accepts that any additional duties, taxes and customs charges required by the destination country will be borne by the recipient.
Payment methods
Payment for products and the relevant shipping costs can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
All payment-related communications take place over an encrypted connection, ensuring a high level of security for the processing of payment information and compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
