Where everything starts

The Estate is currently composed of about five hectares of vineyards divided between lake plots and plots on the hill (400/500 meters above sea level). The hill vineyards are characterized by calcareous soils and significant temperature changes, ideal for the freshness of the white varieties and Pinot Noir.

The red vineyards are placed in the foothills, where the clay soil is deeper and the climate is mitigated by the presence of the lake, allowing a slow and regular ripening. The excellent grapes lends sapidity and finesse in white wines and at the same time maturity and elegance in red ones.
